Being a parent is hard. Being the parent to a grandchild or a relative can be even harder.
Come meet with others in your situation caring for small children at this time in your life. Learn practical skills to simplify your daily routine now that kids are back in the picture. Receive support and reassurance. Share your stories, and give yourself one hour a week to be fully heard, respected, and listened to in a safe, caring environment.
Ilene Procida, facilitator, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 2 grown children, and 30 years working with families and children.
